Wandering Ga'al

To obtain some of the items necessary to complete this miniquest, you will need to spend a bunch of time fighting in the Fight Cauldron. You will need a number of Obsidian shards equal to 1/10th the current Runedate (rounded up), and a piece of Obsidian equipment. Such equipment is made from Obsidian bars, which are smelted from Obsidian shards:
12 Obsidian shards = 1 Obsidian bar.

Once you have all the shards you need, equip your Obsidian equipment piece and donate 15,000 Tokkul to the coffer in the Fight Cauldron. This will give you a buff reducing the chance of the obsidian armor degrading for the next 20 minutes. You will need to complete all the remaining steps while this buff is active.

Unequip your Obsidian equipment, and make sure you are not wearing a Fire cape, TokHaar-Kal, or any other Obsidian equipment. Then equip your TokKul-Zo (uncharged). Because it is uncharged, you will unfortunately be doing your travelling on foot.

Using your bank, adjust the number of Obsidian shards in your inventory to equal 1/10th of the current Runedate, rounded down. The current Runedate can be found in your Captain's log from Player-Owned Ports:

Make sure you have your Ring of stone and Ring of visibility in your inventory, and then travel from the Fight Cauldron to the entrance/exit of TzHaar City and leave.

Use your Ring of stone on your Ring of visibility while directly outside the city, and TzHaar-Ga'al-Kot will appear, speaking to you from the Shadow Realm.

Ask him about the TzHaar language, and he will speculate that he can certainly try to translate it, and will meet you at the Fight Cauldron.

After you are finished, if you have the 50,000 Tokkul to do so, it's recommended to talk to TzHaar-Mej-Jeh in the main plaza to recharge the TokKul-Zo.
