Walkthrough

Talk to Squire Asrol in the courtyard of the White Knight's Castle, and he will tell you that he has lost Sir Vyvin's sword. Offer to make him a new sword, and he will tell you that the sword was made by the Imcando Dwarves and has been passed down in Sir Vyvin's family for generations. Ask him if the Imcando dwarves would be capable of making a new sword, and he will tell you that he's not sure about that and is not even sure if they still exist. He then suggests that you find Reldo at the Varrock Castle Library for some information about the Imcando Dwarves.
Note: If you have completed The Giant Dwarf, you will not need to talk to Reldo and may proceed to Step 3 instead.

Head to the Varrock Castle library, west of the kitchen, and talk to Reldo about the dwarves. He will give you the location of the last Imcando Dwarf in Gielinor.

Head southwest of Port Sarim to Thurgo's hut at the base of the Mudskipper point cliff. Talk to Thurgo and offer him the Redberry pie. Talk to him again, and you will ask if he can help make you a special sword. He will tell you that he needs a picture of the sword.

Return to the White Knights' Castle and talk to Squire Asrol to find out about the picture. Enter the castle by going through the eastern door. Go through another 2 doors to the east until you reach a ladder. Go up the ladder and walk west to the staircase. Go up the stairs, and you will find yourself in Sir Vyvin's bedroom. Search the cupboard in his bedroom while Sir Vyvin is not in the room, and you will find a Portrait.

Go back to Thurgo, and after studying the Portrait he'll tell you needs two Iron bars and a Blurite ore. Proceed to the top of the hill east of Thurgo's house and climb down the trapdoor.

Low-leveled players need to be prepared with good armor or food. Run passed the Muggers, Pirates, and Hobgoblins and on into the icy area. Watch out for the Ice Warriors and Ice Giants in here. Moving along the southern wall, you will see two Blurite rocks. Mine one for the needed ore and return to Thurgo.
Note: If you're a non-member and want a Blurite sword for yourself, mine an additional Blurite ore.

Now take 2 Iron bars and the Blurite ore to Thurgo and he'll make you a Blurite sword.
Note: If you're a non-member and want a Blurite sword for yourself, simply drop the first sword and give Thurgo an additional two Iron bars and Blurite ore. After you get the second sword, pick up the first. -
Finally, return to Falador and take the sword back to Squire Asrol for your reward.
Congratulations! Quest Complete!
