Location
Third floor on the east side of the White Knight's Fortress in central Falador. First ascend one floor via either of the eastern towers, then, in the main room, ascend the stairs to reach the room where Sir Vyvin is.

You must try to get a replica of his lost sword without him finding out in the Knight's Sword quest.
