Item Uses
Carried or added to toolbelt to traverse between the islands of the Stormguard Citadel Dig Site.
Notes
The Wingsuit v2 is made by upgrading a Wingsuit v1 (regardless of whether or not it's on your toolbelt) to expand where you can fly within the Stormguard Citadel by adding two lightning conductors. The lighting conductors can found on the bottom of the building on the NorthWest Island (it's just North of the central pillar of the building) and down the rope on the SouthWest cliff edge of the SouthEast Island. It can be further upgraded into a Wingsuit v3 by adding two gravitron repulsors, which can be found on the Dayguard Tower Island and the Nightguard Tower Island.
While wingsuits cannot be equipped manually, they require both the main and off-hand weapon slots to be free in order to be used when leaping from the bridges in the Stormguard Citadel.
If lost, wingsuits of any level can be reobtained by talking to Gee'ka about the Wing Out Mystery.
