Carried or added to toolbelt to traverse between the islands of the Stormguard Citadel Dig Site.
Notes
The Wingsuit v3 is made by upgrading a Wingsuit v2 (regardless of whether or not it's on your toolbelt) to expand where you can fly within the Stormguard Citadel by adding two gravitron repulsors. They can found on the Dayguard Tower Island and the Nightguard Tower Island.
While wingsuits cannot be equipped manually, they require both the main and off-hand weapon slots to be free in order to be used when leaping from the bridges in the Stormguard Citadel.
If lost, wingsuits of any level can be reobtained by talking to Gee'ka about the Wing Out Mystery.
