Notes
This is made by repairing a Broken vane part (pillar) on an anvil with a Steel bar. Used along with the Ornament and the Directionals to repair the weathervane on the rooftop of Phantuwti Fanstuwi Farsight's house, south of the bar in Seers' Village. If lost, you need to retrieve and fix another Broken vane part (pillar).
