This is made by repairing a Broken vane part (ornament) on an anvil with a Bronze bar. Used along with the Directionals and the Weathervane pillar to repair the weathervane on the rooftop of Phantuwti Fanstuwi Farsight's house, south of the bar in Seers' Village. If lost, you need to retrieve and fix another Broken vane part (ornament).
