Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Runecrafting level by 1; worn to reveal the required rune for the Rune Goldberg Machine (upon activation); and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
If this item is used with your Runecrafting cape or Runecrafting cape (t) you will create a Hooded runecrafting cape or Hooded runecrafting cape (t) respectively. The hood can also be removed from the cape it is attached to.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Larriar, or Elen Anterth, and buy it with the cape again.
