Runecrafting cape

Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Runecrafting level by 1; worn to reveal the required rune for the Rune Goldberg Machine (upon activation); and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).

Can be purchased when you achieve 99 Runecrafting for 99,000 gold coins. If you have 1 or more of the other Skillcapes when you purchase the Runecrafting cape, then it will automatically become a Runecrafting cape (t). Both the regular and trimmed version come with the Runecrafting hood. This hood can be used with the cape to create a Hooded runecrafting cape or Hooded runecrafting cape (t) respectively.

When worn, you can do the special Runecrafting skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.

This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Larriar, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
