Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Runecrafting level by 1; worn to reveal the required rune for the Rune Goldberg Machine (upon activation); and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Runecrafting hood with the Runecrafting cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Larriar for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Runecrafting.
When worn, you can do the special Runecrafting skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Larriar, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
