Made by converting a Truthful, Blissful, or Manifest shadow core in the Light rift in the Amlodd sector of Prifddinas. Note that there is a not a 100% chance of obtaining a Light core when converting a shadow core.
A Light creature pouch can be infused on a Summoning obelisk using 1 Light core, 204 Spirit shards, a Blue charm and a Pouch.
You will need three of these for The Light Within quest.
