Blue charm pouches generally provide the most Summoning experience each (up to 783.2) of any charm, but can be very expensive to use in bulk and so many players choose to make Crimson charm pouches instead as these generally have a better cost/xp ratio.
These are the rarest type of charm dropped by monsters, however, Exiled kalphite marauders, Exiled kalphite guardians and Glacors are often killed by players collecting Blue charms as they have fairly common (roughly 1/4) drop rates of Blue charms and in the case of Glacors, drop 3 charms at a time.
Made by transmuting 20 Crimson charms using 1,500 Brilliant energy or by combining 5 Blue charm slices.
