Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Fletching level by 1; worn to give a chance of automatically stringing a bow when fletching unstrung bows; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Fletching hood with the Fletching cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Fletching.
When worn, you can do the special Fletching skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Hickton, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
