Hickton is the master of Fletching and will sell you the Fletching cape and Fletching hood 99,000gp when you've achieved level 99. He will also sell the Fletching master cape for 120,000gp to players who have obtained at least 104,273,167 Fletching experience, the equivalent of level 120.

Hickton also runs his own archery shop which sells a selection of Ranged ammunition, weapons and armor.
