Fletching cape

Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Fletching level by 1; worn to give a chance of automatically stringing a bow when fletching unstrung bows; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).

Can be purchased when you achieve 99 Fletching for 99,000 gold coins. If you have 1 or more of the other Skillcapes when you purchase the Fletching cape, then it will automatically become a Fletching cape (t). Both the regular and trimmed version come with the Fletching hood. This hood can be used with the cape to create a Hooded fletching cape or Hooded fletching cape (t) respectively.

When worn, you can do the special Fletching skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.

This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Hickton, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
