Can be repaired by Bob in Lumbridge, Dunstan in
Burthorpe, and Tindel in Port Khazard for 300K gp when broken (0%). Also repaired on an Armour stand in a house for less depending on your Smithing level and at the Void Knight outpost. Costs less when it is in better shape.
