Made by using an $ilnkfull27100 on the $ilnkfull32322 OR by using an $ilnkfull30115 with $ilnkfull32323, $ilnkfull32321, and $ilnkfull32326. If you are making it the 2nd way mentioned, before you can do so, you will need to give $plnkfull1316 1m $ilnkfull295 and a $ilnkfull855. Once you have done so, you will be allowed to use the sacred forge near him to create the pickaxe.
Should you attempt to make a Pickaxe of life and death using an $ilnkfull30115, the augmentation, item experience, and gizmos will all carry over to the new Augmented pickaxe of life and death unaffected.
