After creation, the Augmented elite tectonic robe top has 100,000 charges for use in combat. At the end of those charges, it will become broken. Charges can be added by using a new Tectonic robe bottom on your broken item. Note that 0 charges will be used when worn inside of an Elite Dungeon.
Can be used with a Barrows dye, Blood dye, Ice dye, Shadow dye, or Third-age dye to make the Dyed versions of this item.
