Applied to level 90 weapons and armor to give them a Blood colored appearance.

Note that once it applied it cannot be removed and one dye will only change the appearance of one piece of equipment.
There is approximately a 1/50,960 chance per reward spot on Elite clues to obtain this item; the chance for Master clues is unknown as stats were given before they were created. Obtaining a Blood dye is about as common as receiving a Third-Age dye from a Treasure Trail.
