Made by casting the Lvl-6 enchant spell or using an Enchant onyx tablet on an Onyx amulet.
This is the third best all-round amulet after the Amulet of fury (t) and Amulet of souls, but its Combat Bonuses are also surpassed individually by the Saradomin's hiss (Magic), Saradomin's whisper (Strength) and Saradomin's murmur (Ranged) and their upgraded versions.
The appearance of this amulet can be changed by using a Fury ornament kit on it to turn it into an Amulet of fury (or).
This amulet can be upgraded to a Blood amulet of fury which has the same stats, but provides a damage and healing effect similar to the Blood necklace found while Dungeoneering.
