Made by combining an Amulet of fury with a Blood necklace shard.
This amulet loses charges over 10 hours of combat, after which the special effect will no longer activate until it is recharged. To recharge it from 0-100%, you must use 2,000 Blood runes on it, or 20 Blood runes per 1%. This cost can be reduced by 20% to 1,600 or 16 Blood runes by recharging it inside Drakan's crypt found south of the Burgh de Rott bank (requires partial completion of The Branches of Darkmeyer). Alternatively, you can also recharge it on an Armour Stand in a Player-owned House for 5,000gp per 1%.
