Where Found
The Blood necklace is an uncommon drop from Edimmu, the level 90 Slayer monster in Daemonheim. Like other Slayer monsters in Daemonheim, the Edimmu is very rare to see, and therefore the Blood necklace can be quite difficult to obtain
Item Uses
Used in combat.
Notes
Its special ability activates every 15 seconds, dealing 40 damage to all enemies adjacent to the player and healing the player what the necklace hits. It currently has the highest strength bonus for an amulet, but cannot be taken outside of a dungeon.

There is a glowing, red drop hanging from the necklace.
