When full Ahrim's armour is worn, no matter what magic spell you are using, it will have a chance of reducing the opponent's strength.
Can be repaired by Bob in Lumbridge, Dunstan in Burthorpe, Tindel in Port Khazard, and at the Void Knight Outpost for 270k when broken (0%). Also repaired on an Armor stand in a house for less depending on your Smithing level. Costs less when it is in better shape.
