2 oil-filled Bullseye lanterns (one lit and one unlit), Sapphire, Pickaxe, Chisel, and a Rope (only if you've never entered the Lumbridge Swamp Caves).

Make your way to Lumbridge Swamp and climb down the dark hole under the tree found east of the Water altar into the Lumbridge Swamp Caves in the western section of the swamp. Equip a Spiny helmet if you brought one to ward off attacks from Wall beasts and follow the yellow line on the map below through the caves and into the Chasm of Tears where you'll find Juna at the entrance to the Tears of Guthix cave on the east side.

Talk to Juna and she'll tell you about the Tears of Guthix and allow you to enter the cave for a short time if you tell her a story about your adventures. Do so and she'll inform you that in order to collect the tears you'll first need to craft a bowl made from a special rock found on the other side of the chasm.

Use your Sapphire with the unlit Bullseye lantern to make a Sapphire lantern and light it, then head to the north side of the chasm where you'll see a group of Light creatures flying around. Click on one of these and choose to cross the chasm to lure it towards you with your Sapphire lantern and be carried across to the other side.
Note: If you need to add oil to your lantern, you can do that by taking Swamp tar to the Chemist's house west of Rimmington and use the lantern on the Lamp Oil Still

Once on the other side, mine one of the rocks to obtain a Magic stone and craft this into a Stone bowl.

Once you've made the Stone bowl, jump down the cliff to the east and head back to Juna to give her the bowl and gain access to the Tears of Guthix.
