Item Uses
Wield for combat; This spear shares a special attack with the Dragon spear called Push which requires 25% adrenaline/special attack energy and pushes your target away 2 squares and stuns them for 3 seconds, but deals no damage.

This spear is the Stab equivalent of Godswords (Slash) and the Saradomin sword (Crush).
This spear can be made by combining 120 Zamorakian spear shards. It can also be upgraded into a Chaotic spear using 10 Chaotic spikes.
