Taken from a Wandering wyrmwood, south of the lake in Taverley.

Used for the Druidic Ritual quest.
Notes
The Wandering wyrmwoods run around south of the lake in Taverley. They are little plant looking creatures that run around for a short bit and then plant themselves in the ground, in which you won't be able to take a Wandering wyrmwood from them. Take this along with Stone scales and Living water to Sanfew, in Taverley, to receive an Ointment of imbalance. If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieved by taking another one from a Wandering wyrmwood.
