Made by filling a Vial with water at the Subterranean spring in the cave located next to the Lady of the Lake in Taverley. Take this along with Wandering wyrmwood and Stone scales to Sanfew, in Taverley, to receive an Ointment of imbalance. If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieved by filling up another Vial.
