Used in conjunction with an Adept bloodrager to make its special move.
Notes
To make, use an Adept bloodrager pouch on an obelisk, click on the scroll menu, and select the appropriate scroll to make. Each pouch makes 10 scrolls. Use this item with your Adept bloodrager for its special move: an Attack that is 50% more accurate, deals more damage, and reduces opponent's Defence.
When activated, the special move uses 2 points.
