A starfury sword is made by talking to Ivarjust inside the Artisan's Workshop in Falador. To make the sword you will need a Starfire sword and a Starborn diamond.
Using the "Change" option will allow you to change the level of the weapon. The options are levels 1, 20, 40 or 60. This will change this sword into one of the following; Starfury sword (1), Starfury sword (40), or Starfury sword (60).
