Holds 4 charges to teleport with. When charged, it's used to teleport to the Fishing Guild, Mining Guild, Crafting Guild, and Cooks' Guild when rubbed or operated. Can be recharged at the Totem Pole in the Legends' Guild lobby. Requires 72 Crafting to make. Wearing one will also increase the chance of obtaining Caskets while Big Net fishing.
