Mining Guild

At the entrance to the guild you'll find the <a href="/database/npc/dwarf-mining-master">Mining Master</a>, who will sell you the <a href="/database/item/mining-cape">Mining cape</a> for 99,000gp when you've achieved level 99 <a href="/rs3/skill/mining">Mining</a>.
