Notes
This item is made by combining a Shade skull with a Mystic water staff. It is strictly a cosmetic change, the function and stats of the staff are not altered. The skull can be removed from the staff after they are combined. There is a cooldown of 5 minutes before you can attach the skull again so this is not an advised training method for Crafting.
