Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Strength level by 1; worn to cause Dismember to last an additional 2 seconds; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Strength hood with the Strength cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Sloane(or Yadech Strongarm after While Guthix Sleeps) for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Strength.
When worn, you can do the special Strength skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Sloane, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
