Item Uses
Worn for protection; when operated, will temporarily boost your Defence level by 1; worn to act as a sign of life with the same cooldown; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Defence hood with the Defence cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Harlan for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Defence.
When worn, you can do the special Defence skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Harlan, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
