Item Uses
When operated, will temporarily boost your Attack level by 1; worn to provide a 2% chance for degradable items not to degrade; and can be used with a Max cape, Completionist cape, or Completionist cape (t) to obtain its perk (Note: all 3 of these capes share perks).
Notes
This item is made by using the Attack hood with the Attack cape. Both of these are purchased, as a set, from Ajjat for 99,000 gold coins when you achieve 99 Attack.
When worn, you can do the special Attack skillcape emote, accessed in the emotes tab. There is no wait to re-initiate the skill boost effect of this cape.
This item can be placed on the cape rack in the Costume room of your Player-owned House. If lost or destroyed, you can talk to Ajjat, or Elen Anterth, and buy it again.
