In order to obtain the enchanted amulet, you must bring your Ghostspeak amulet, the Translation manual, Book of haricanto, and Mystical robes to the Old Crone. She will then enchant your Ghostspeak amulet, which will allow you to give Necrovarus 1 command which he will not be able to ignore.
If lost or used for the incorrect command on Necrovarus (thus depleting its charge), it can be retrieved by returning to the Old Crone with your Ghostspeak amulet and asking her to enchant it again.
