Getting a new Ghostspeak Amulet from Father Urhney is an Easy Lumbridge/Draynor task. After completing the quest One Piercing Note, in order to obtain a Holy cithara, you must be wearing a Ghostspeak amulet or a Cramulet.
If lost it can be retrieved by talking to Father Urhney.
