Made my weaving 70 Radiant energy and 15 Raw cavefish.
If other players fish from a bubble that you have placed, they have a 40% chance to give you a noted version of each item they harvest.
When placed, the divine location will last for 5 minutes provided it is not interacted with. From the time it is first clicked on, it will last for roughly 30 seconds.
