Made at the Soul Forge, using the 'Upgrade equipment' option, in the City of Um smithy, requiring:

When paired with the Skull lantern (Tier 90), you unlock the ability to use the 'Death Grasp' special attack. This attack can deal 7,269 to 8,884 Necromancy damage. Additionally, it will also stun and bind the target for 4.8 seconds.

This attack will deal an additional 718 damage for each Necrosis stack, consuming all stacks when cast.
