These seeds can be charged 2 ways.
The first way creates a Crystal teleport seed(8) and uses gold coins to pay Eluned or, after The Light Within, Islwyn a fee for recharging it. Luckily, the cost of recharging a teleport seed reduces as follows:
During Mourning's Ends Part I you will be given a partially charged Crystal teleport seed. Once all of the charges on it have been used, you will be left with one of these uncharged Crystal teleport seeds.

- 1st Recharge: 2,000 gp
- 2nd Recharge: 1,600 gp
- 3rd Recharge: 1,200 gp
- 4th recharge: 800 gp
- 5th Recharge onward: 400 gp
