Made by using a Cramulet with a Catspeak amulet or a Catspeak amulet(e), and a Camulet.
The Cramulet (+ cat and camel) can be dismantled into its separate amulets and can also be re-assembled by using the amulets on one another. Disassembling a Cramulet (+ cat and camel) produces an unenchanted Catspeak amulet, even if a Catspeak amulet(e) was used to make the Cramulet.
