Open it and use the directional arrows to find Bob's location. Hild in Burthorpe will enchant a Catspeak amulet for the small fee of 5 Death runes required. If lost or destroyed, it can be retrieved by talking to the Sphinx in Sophanem. Adding the enchanted amulet to a Cramulet will remove the enchantment, and you will have to get it re-enchanted if you remove it from the Cramulet.
