Notes
This item can be made by using a fire rune with a cracked smelting urn (nr). Keep an urn in your inventory while you smelt metal bars (except gold or silver) and it will fill up over time. Once it is full it can be teleported away for 40 Smithing experience.
Examine Information
This will collect metal scraps when I smelt bars at Smithing level 1.
