You must be in an official clan to obtain and wear one.
Where Found
Obtained from the Captain of the Guard located south of Falador at the Clan Camp, or from the Head Guard in the Keep of your clan citadel.
Item Uses
Worn to identify each clan from one another.
Notes
Join a clan by getting someone to invite you and speak to the Captain of the Guard to obtain a Clan cloak. If you leave your clan, the cloak will be removed from your possession until you join another clan and re-obtain it.
If you contribute to your clan citadel for 3 weeks in a row you will be able to claim the clan fealty reward weekly. You get an amount of XP similar to the Jack of Trades reward.
You will also notice you gain a gold star (maximum of 3) at the bottom of your clan cloak every week you help in the citadel.
