The Head Guard is chief of security at your clan citadel. Talk to him to set priveleges for each rank, both in the clan chat and the citadel. Options include setting who can change the citadel and battlefield layouts, which ranks can access each part of the citadel and who has kicking and recruiting priveleges in the clan.
