Allows player the ability to fight the Hobgoblin Champion in the Champions' Guild.
Notes
This scroll can be presented to Larxus in the basement of the Champions' Guild. After presenting him with the scroll, Larxus will allow you to fight the Hobgoblin Champion (level 56). You may not use melee during the fight, but you will receive 96 Slayer and Constitution experience for defeating him.
When read, the scroll displays the following message: "You won't defeat me, though you're welcome to try at the Champions' Guild. Champion of Hobgoblins"
