Allows player the ability to fight the Goblin Champion in the Champions' Guild.
Notes
This scroll can be presented to Larxus in the basement of the Champions' Guild. After presenting him with the scroll, Larxus will allow you to fight the Goblin Champion (level 24). You may only use magic spells during the fight, but you will receive 53 Slayer and 53 Constitution experience for defeating him.
When read, the scroll displays the following message: "Fight me if you think you can human, I'll wait for you in the Champions' Guild. Champion of Goblins"
