Must have completed Barbarian Training in Herblore, to use in mixes, or Fishing, to use as bait.
Where Found
Use a knife on a Leaping sturgeon.
Item Uses
Eaten, used to make Barbarian mixes, and used for Barbarian rod fishing bait. Heals 200 Life points.
Notes
When you use the knife on the Leaping sturgeon, you have a chance to fail and not get any caviar. When used for Barbarian rod fishing, you must have at least 1 empty space in your inventory. If you have both Roe and Caviar in our inventory when you are Barbarian rod fishing and you have run out of Fishing bait, feather, or fish offcuts, then all the roe will used for bait before the Caviar.
