Used with Top of sceptre to make a Runed sceptre.
Notes
One of the 4 pieces used to make a Skull sceptre. The other parts of the sceptre must be obtained from a minotaur, an ankou, and a catablepon. This item cannot be traded. These parts of the sceptre will be more likely to drop when wearing Varrock armour, obtained from the Varrock Tasks.
