This item is created by using a Black guard warhammer (cracked) on the stonecrusher in the Stonemason's house during one of Doric and Boric's Tasks.
Once created, it will need to be taken to Santiri. When he has given his disapproval of it, he will inform you that it needs to be more corroded. Travel to the East side of Keldagrim and use it on the well to create a Black guard warhammer (rusty). Then, return once again to Santiri to show him the warhammer.
